本标准规定了额定电压10kV（Um=12 kV）至110kV（Um=126 kV）交联聚乙烯绝缘大长度交流海底电缆（以下海底电缆均指交流海底电缆）的基本结构、型号命名、技术要求、试验及验收规则、包装和贮运。
本标准适用于在海底敷设和运行条件下使用的额定电压10kV（Um=12 kV）至110kV（Um=126kV）交联聚乙烯绝缘大长度海底电缆和光纤复合海底电缆。对于横跨江河湖泊的水下电缆，亦可采用本标准。

【摘要】:ThispartofISO/IEC14598providesrequirements,recommendationsandguidelinesforasupportingfunctionwhichisresponsibleforthemanagementofsoftwareproductevaluationandfortechnologiesnecessaryforsoftwareproductevaluation.Theroleofthesupportingfunctionincludesmotivatingpeopleandtrainingthemfortheevaluationactivities,preparingappropriateevaluationdocumentsandmethods,andrespondingtoqueriesonevaluationtechnologies.Maintargetsforevaluationsupportaresoftwaredevelopment,systemintegrationandmaintenance,includingsoftwareacquisition,atbothprojectandorganisationlevels.Technologymanagementisrelatedtotheplanningandmanagementofasoftwareevaluationprocess,metricsandtools.Thisincludesthemanagementofdevelopment,acquisition,standardisation,control,transferandfeedbackofevaluationtechnologyexperienceswithintheorganisation.TheintendedusersofthispartofISO/IEC14598arepeoplewhoareresponsiblefor·managingtheuseoftheevaluationtechnology,·supportingsoftwareproductevaluation,·managingsoftwaredevelopmentorganisations,orpeopleinaqualityassurancefunction.However,itisalsoapplicabletomanagersinvolvedinothersoftwarerelatedactivities.
