【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversahighfirepointnaturalvegetableoilesterinsulatingfluidforuseasadielectricandcoolingmediuminnewandexistingpoweranddistributionelectricalapparatussuchastransformersandattendantequipment.1.2Naturalvegetableoilesterinsulatingfluiddiffersfromconventionalmineraloilandotherhighfirepoint(orx201C;less-flammablex201D;)fluidsinthatitisanagriculturalproductderivedfromvegetableoilsratherthanrefinedfrompetroleumbasestocksorsynthesizedfromorganicprecursors.1.3Thisspecificationisintendedtodefineanaturalvegetableoilesterelectricalinsulatingfluidthatiscompatiblewithtypicalmaterialsofconstructionofexistingapparatusandwillsatisfactorilymaintainitsfunctionalcharacteristicinthisapplication.Thematerialdescribedinthisspecificationmaynotbemisciblewithsomesyntheticelectricalinsulatingliquids.Theusershouldcontactthemanufacturerofthenaturalesterinsulatingfluidforguidanceinthisrespect.1.4Thisspecificationappliesonlytonewinsulatingfluidasreceivedpriortoanyprocessing.Theusershouldcontactthemanufactureroftheequipmentorfluidifquestionsofrecommendedcharacteristicsormaintenanceproceduresarise.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.
