【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000describestheelectromagneticenvironmentwithrespecttothevoltagesinexcessofnormalthatarefoundonelectricitysupplynetworksoperatingatlowandmediumnominalvoltagesandthatcanbeimpressedonequipmentconnectedtothosenetworks,withoutconsideringfurthereffects(e.g.amplificationorattenuation)withinaninstallation.Sincetheseovervoltageshavethepotentialtohinderthefunctioningofelectricalandelectronicequipment,theyfallwithinthedefinitionofelectromagneticdisturbanceinthefieldofEMC.Variouscategoriesofovervoltagearedescribed,basedonrelativemagnitude,durationandenergycontent.ThisTechnicalReportdescribesthephenomenaofovervoltages,itdoesnotspecifycompatibilitylevelsanddoesnotdirectlyspecifyemissionandimmunitylevels.Thereportdescribesthevariousphenomenaandprocessesthatcauseovervoltages,includingthetransferintothenetworksconcernedofovervoltagesthatoriginateinortraverseothernetworksandinstallations,includinghighervoltagenetworksandtheinstallationsofelectricityusers.Theeffectsofovervoltagesonequipmentareoutlined.Somecasestudiesofovervoltageeventsarepresented.Recommendationsaremaderegardingthegeneraltechnicalapproachtomitigatingtheriskofequipmentbeinghinderedfromoperatingasintendedbytheeffectsofovervoltages.(ItisnotthefunctionofIECpublicationstoassignresponsibilityformitigatingmeasurestoanyofthepartiesinvolved.)ThepurposeofthisreportistoensurethatthisimportantcategoryofelectromagneticdisturbanceisincludedinthedescriptionoftheenvironmentinPart2ofIEC61000.Forthatpurpose,onlyabriefdescriptionisprovidedofthevariousovervoltagesandtheircausesandeffects.AmuchmoredetailedtreatmentcanbefoundinIEC62066.AUIEpublication–Guidetoqualityofelectricalsupplyforindustrialinstallations,PartVI:Transientandtemporaryovervoltagesandcurrents–hasasimilarcontent.MeasurementmethodsarespecifiedinIEC61000-4-30.NOTEThisTechnicalReportdoesnotincludedetailedmeasurementresultsforovervoltages,thereforeitisnotpossibletoprovideanassessmentoftheprobabilityofoccurrence.
