【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthechemicalandmechanicalrequirementsforstainlesssteelmetricbolts,screws,andstudswithnominalthreaddiametersM1.6throughM36andisintendedforuseinengineeringapplicationsrequiringgeneralcorrosionresistance.1.2Eightgroupsofstainlesssteelalloysarecovered,includingthreeaustenitic(GradesA1,A2,andA4),oneferritic(GradeF1),threemartensitic(GradesC1,C3,andC4),andoneprecipitationhardening(GradeP1).1.3Twentypropertyclassesarecovered,includingnineaustenitic,twoferritic,eightmartensitic,andoneprecipitationhardening.ThepropertyclasseswiththepermissiblealloysforeacharelistedinTable1.1.4ThisspecificationisbasedinconceptandcontentonISO3506.Thechemicalandmechanicalrequirementsspecifiedforallpropertyclasses,exceptasgivenin1.4.1,areessentiallyidenticalwithclassesofthesamedesignationinISO3506.1.4.1ThisspecificationincludesallofthepropertyclassescoveredinISO3506.Additionally,itincludespropertyclassesA1-70,A2-70,A4-70,A1-80,A2-80,andA4-80forproductswithnominalthreaddiameterslargerthanM20;andfournon-ISOpropertyclasses,C1-110,C4-110,C3-120;andP1-90.1.5Supplementaryrequirementsofanoptionalnatureareprovided,applicableonlywhenagreeduponbetweenthemanufacturerandthepurchaseratthetimeoftheinquiryandorder.1.6Suitablenutsforusewithbolts,screws,andstudsincludedinthisspecificationarecoveredbySpecificationF836M.1.7Units8212;ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.8Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethoddescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
