本标准规定了猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉、猪肝和水产品（鱼类、虾蟹类和贝类）中呋喃它酮（furaltadone）的代谢物5-吗啉甲基-3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮（3-amino-5-morpholinomethyl-1 3-oxazolidin-2-one 缩写为AMOZ）、呋喃西林（nitrofurazone）的代谢物氨基脲（semicarbazide 缩写为SEM）、呋喃妥因（nitrofurantoin）的代谢物1-氨基-2-内酰脲（1-aminohydantoin 缩写为AHD）和呋喃唑酮（furazolidone）的代谢物3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮（3-amino-2-oxazolidinone 缩写为AOZ）残留量液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。
本标准适用于猪肉、牛肉、鸡肉、猪肝和水产品（鱼类、虾蟹类和贝类）中5-吗啉甲基-3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮、氨基脲、1-氨基-2-内酰脲、3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮残留量的测定。
本标准方法的检出限：5-吗啉甲基-3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮、氨基脲、1-氨基-2-内酰脲、3-氨基-2-噁唑烷基酮的检出限均为0.5 μg /kg。
