【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishessamplingplansandproceduresforinspectionbyattributesofelectrodepositedmetalliccoatings.Itmaybeappliedtorelatedfinishesbyagreementbetweenthesupplierandthepurchaser.ItisbasedonISO2859(seealsoAddendum1toISO2859).ThesamplingplansinthisInternationalStandardareapplicable,butnotlimited,totheinspecitionofenditems,components,materialsinprocessandfinishedproductsinstorage.Theplansareintendedprimarilytobeusedforacontinuingseriesoflots,buttheymayalsobeusedfortheinspectionofisolatedlots.However,theassurancegivenforisolatedlotsoflowerthanthatgivenforacontinuingseriesoflots.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothesamplingandtestingofmechanicalfastenershavingelectrodepositedmetalliccoatingsorrelatedfinishes,inallthecircumstancesforwhichproceduresforthesecomponentsarespecifiedinISO3269.ThesamplingplansgiveninthisInternationalStandardarebasedonAQLsof1,5and4,0％.OtherAQLsmaybeusedifspecifiedintheprocuctspecification,inwhichcasereferenceshouldbemadetoISO2859anditsAddendum1.Itisalsopossibletoformulatesamplingplansbasedoninspecitionbyvariables.
